Although the food was okay. And service was quick. There were no smiles or eye contact given while serving the guest. Not just... me, but others as well that I noticed. The only person who gave eye contact up front was the cashier . That's the only reasonservice was a 3 from me. Read more
Rude rude rude!!! The girl working here tonight on Wednesday 10/12/22 was so rude!!! She got an attitude because we asked for... the fresher chicken that just came out. How is she going to get mad knowing she was about to give us old burned up small chickenafter spending over 60 dollars. Sorry if she was having a bad day. Did not have much to choose from in way food. Only had 4 sides available. Sides were like something you can get at grocery... store. Corn, broccoli, new potatoes and rice. I ordered a fried chicken and gravy and they didn't have it. Only had diet sodaavailable to drink. No lids or paper wrapped straws. While eating in-store I watched 5 people leave without ordering. I can saythe cashier/server was very apologetic for not having much and helped me to table with food because they didn't have trays. Food is always delicious, however, the people behind the counter need customer service training (they do not talk and they look... like they dislike their jobs). Positive engagement goes a long way towards creating a positive experience. Read more
The staff were less then polite, the food was cold. They had door dash drivers waiting twenty minutes but already checked the... food was picked up. Had dirty tables. The trash was piled up and people started putt ok g the trash on top of the trash can holeand around the hole. Terrible service. Read more

Ordered dinner online for myself & a friend for curbside pickup. When friend pulled up they had to go inside as other customers... did because no 1 was answering the phone. So many not able to do the no contact curbside pickup because phone kept ringing. AndI get it. It's tough now with staffing shortages & folks quitting. As for the food it was DELICIOUS. Good portions: Niceamount of everything; ordered (2) 2 meat dinners; just did white + dark chicken, do not like their meatloaf. Chicken wasAWESOME; not too salty perfectly cooked & seasoned- tender, great flavor.?????? Sides were good but their creamed spinach isboss for me so yummy! Little cornbread loaf is always nice. Gravy a little WEAK but good. Chocolate cake was moist, rich, &DECADENT. Store was clean and meal + dessert prices are more than fair esp in times like these. Took off 1 star re: curbsidepickup issues AND bec they forgot the cake with our order as well as the 2 sodas included with the meal and friend had to goback to get them; we are all in a hurry but check your order anywhere you go staff are rushed doing their best and willsometimes miss something. They were very nice though no hassles no explaining. Also decent customer service being so busy,short- staffed, & in continued Covid times.???? Staff is friendly and courteous. I picked up dinner after a long day of work. Food was delicious and very filling.
