We ordered 20 wings, half with Buffalo sauce and half with 24K Gold sauce. We couldn't tell the difference. We also bought a... slice of vanilla cake and a slice of cheesecake. The vanilla cake tasted like it was baked months ago. We're scared to try thecheesecake. Don't eat the cake! Read more

These people customer service is horrible I'm not sure because of the language barrier or what. The food is always greasy they... mess up my order on 3 occasions ..This is not a clean restaurant the bathroom is nasty. Read more
Stopped to get a steak and cheese sub. It was 91 degrees out side and must have been 100 inside the restaurant made it very... uncomfortable and to top it off their sodas in the self serve soda refrigerator were room temperature at best, every one of themwas warm and the refrigerator didn't seem to be even working. Steak sub was just ok or average. May want to call ahead fortakeout so you can just pick up and get out of there oven. Not a place to get out of the heat. Read more
I arrived at this establishment at 10:30am they open at 11am I was the 1st customer with 4 12pcs wings with 4 different flavors... my total was 56.14. I was told it will be 15mins. So I left came back the 4 orders was on counter, I was told wasn't mines. theygave the 4 orders to door dasher. turns out it was mines. They were up to 6 customer and I didn't get mines till 12noon. Horrible! I couldn’t even get it off the counter for I immediately asked for my money back! It’s nothing like the Americas... Best on Blue Water in Odenton. This one on Hospital drive is trash!!!! The whiting was burnt in old grease ! And then the“owner” , “manager” whomever he was asked if I wanted it to be remade after I just asked to keep the fries as thecashier took my refund out the drawer. I asked was he complimentary giving my money back and he yelled “ why would I give youmoney I’d I remake, I have no business , no manager and I work here!” That’s not my problem! I have ordered from this place twice. The first time it was grilled fish. The fish was so salty I couldn't eat past the first... bite. The second time it was 3 whole wings and fried okra and just taste burnt. I will never eat at this place again! Read more
They forgot the seasoning. Chicken was fried way too hard and plain. Wont be going back to this store. Ever.
