If I could leave less than one star I would. I?m honestly not sure how this place is still in business. The food is casual, it?s... a resort town, I get that. But for what I was served, the prices should be MUCH lower. The ?chili? was cold ketchup, zeroflavor. And the ?Caesar salad? was rotten lettuce from a bag with a packet of dressing. I mean, wow. The level of laziness thatwent into this meal was unreal. Again, not the best food, it?s a casual bar, I understand that. 4 of us ate salads and soups andone burger, a couple of cokes and the bill was $150!!! Never ever ever ever going back here again and I tell everyone I know tonot even bother. Management and the owners should be embarrassed. Read more

We ate here multiple times our last trip to Glen Arbor and it never disappoints. Good variety of food and quality to boot.... Service is usually great with occasional misses if server is handling too many sections, but they're never slouching just tryingtheir best. Relaxing outdoor atmosphere with live band both visits so wasn't worried about much more than enjoying theexperience. We'll see you next year! Read more

The food and service are great. We visited Glen Arbor after spending the day at the dunes. Boonedocks immediately caught our eye... as we entered town. After a 20 minute wait we were seated and immediately waited on. We ordered ribs and they were falling offthe bone good. I didn?t think the restaurant was overpriced considering the location, food quality, service, and overallenvironment. I would definitely return. Read more

Drove 5 hours to Glen Arbor last night for our son?s engagement. We were so excited to surprise them with family back at the... Boondocks. However, the manager literally screamed at us for clapping when they arrived and continued to yell at us because hedidn?t want new customers coming in at 8:15 pm when we were told that the grill was open until 9:00 pm and we had alreadyordered our food. He threatened not to serve any of us and he even used the F bomb at my husband. We never raised our voice oranything. I have never in my life had an experience like that!! Very Very Rude! We honestly have no idea what set this man offbut he ruined the celebration that is a once in a lifetime opportunity for this young couple. Shame on him!! I?ve read otherreviews that have been left about him also. Shame on the owner for still allowing this obnoxious, power hungry person tocontinue to work there. Other than him the atmosphere and food was excellent! There was a band playing and it could have beenthe perfect place to celebrate! We made the best of it because you can?t let losers like that ruin your happiness!! Read more

Awesome food we had the Cajun black and blue burger and a Reuben and they were both very good. The atmosphere is very cool with... outdoor dining. The put the condiments on the table and also the plastic table ware and plenty of paper towels so you do nothave to keep asking for things. Very smart. If they wanted to make more money they would stop bringing out water as defaultsince most people will order soft drinks if you just ask what they would like Read more
