Please better train/retrain employees especially on how to make drinks!! It?s such a hassle to have to travel further because... for some reason they can never get it right here. Don?t waste money getting any frozen drinks made behind the counter! I can?tspeak too much for food because the one time I got a hoagie it was terrible and they did not add everything I put on the orderand I never got food again here. I?m very grateful to Joseph, who works at store #667 for coming to my rescue early this morning. It was dark, it was so cold,... and there was a thick blanket of snow and ice. Only one other car in the lot. It looked like my car was going to be stuck, I wasscared, and then I saw Joseph coming out to help me, to push my car if needed. I?m a senior citizen, and this young man has mysincere gratitude and respect. I was so nervous, that when I finally was able to drive away, I realized I had forgotten to thankhim. Please do that for me. You have excellent training, I?m in your store at least once a day, and your entire staff could notbe more gracious and helpful to me.
