Ordered online for in-store pick up. Showed up. Front doors were locked at 7:15. Waited in the drive -thru for 30 minutes just... for the woman to say they don?t have my online order and they must have canceled it. I had the receipt with no cancellationnotice. I?m just disappointed overall, over the past year I?ve ordered from this location both in person and through delivery apps.... Nearly every single time I order, my order is wrong. If i say ?sun black beans?, i get meat. If i say ?no cheese?, it?ssmothered in it. ?No tomatoes?, never right. Doesn?t seem to matter how big or small the order is it?s always wrong. Today wasno different, i ordered a black bean crunch wrap with no cheese or sour cream, got a meat filled crunch wrap, with cheese andsour cream, and got another filed with cheese and potatoes? Had one item with no veggies and that?s all it had. Overall I don?tunderstand how it?s possible to mess up this often, for this long. Read more
Stingy with sauce. I always come to taco bell on my lunch break and almost always get rung up by Gereald. At first he really... hooked me up with the right amount of sauce. I like a lot of hot sauce on my burrito, sue me, and I'm not being accommodated. Igo here often like twice or three times a week and spend money often. I find it rude that every time I go I get less and lesssauce from Gereald. After him seeing me be a religious costumer it feels pretty bad to see him be more and more stingy everytime I come. The family decided they wanted a quick late evening snack. The total order for everyone visiting consisted of the following: 3... soft tacos, 4 Doritos Locos Tacos, a chicken quesadilla, 2 nacho chips with cheese. So you're probably asking what the problemis. The problem is that the lettuce was brown and wilted on the food, no cheese came with the nachos, and we were provided withnot one, not two, but 31 packs of taco sauce. Yes, I said it correct. There were 31 packs of taco sauce. Were the 31 packs oftaco sauce supposed to replace the cheese that comes with the nachos? Or were the 31 packs of taco sauce supposed to make usoverlook that brown, wilted lettuce? Evidently, this is some sick joke by someone that didn't want to work and/or doesn't careabout their job. Furthermore, I called the phone number on the receipt and the phone rang for several minutes and NO ONE evenanswered. If you don't like your job and don't want to be there, then look for a job that you want to be at and/or like. To beprovided this substandard food is ridiculous to say the least. We should be refunded our money in addition to someone replacingthis order at no cost to us. Hopefully, someone from corporate or a local district manager will see this and make sure that thisdoesn't happen to anyone else. Surely, there's no way you can pass your inspection with the local health department. For us,this was money thrown away. To potential passers by, travelers, or people who decided to come to Short Pump rather than shop ontheir side of town, make sure you skip Taco Bell until this is rectified. Read more
Usually, this location is fine. I don't have many complaints. A little slow sometimes, food can sometimes be wrong or cold, but... overall, acceptable for Taco Bell. Today was weird though. My order was fine, minus a cheese sauce that was plastered toanother cheese sauce. Like... someone filled the cup, stacked them together without lids, and squished. It was totallyaccidental, I don't believe it was purposeful. But it was weird. Mostly because we ordered multiple cheese sauce sides and 3 ofthe 6 had... smashed up fries in them. So I went inside to have these issues fixed, no big deal. But I did notice a request viasign that orders be placed on the kiosk due to short staffing. Which was hilarious because there were 9 employees that I countedfrom the front, several of which just standing around. And then another walked in... so I'm pretty sure staffing wascovered. Overall, regardless of my assessments, this location is a solid 3 of 5 based on order accuracy, customer service, andfood quality. Read more
