Worst Subway ever. First I asked who was in charge. Then asked it I could use a coupon which she said yes. Then at register, I... was told can't use coupon after my wife had already started eating hers. Paid double what it should have been. They are toogreedy, manager should have offered to lower price. The worst subway ever. They did not change the gloves and behaved obnoxiously when asked to do so.
Went to this subway yesterday i.e. jun 1st around 8:40 pm with my kids to pickup a few subs and had almost the worst experience... ever. There were 2 young adults on duty. One girl and another young boy. The girl was really nice and was greeting thecustomers. The boy was apparently upset for whatever reasons and was rude to customers. We ignored his behavior a bit thinkingthat he must be tired or having a tough day. He was very rude in his body language and behavior but we didn?t really sayanything to him and got our subs and got out. There was a customer and his son behind us, apparently the last one he wanted toserve and as soon as they walked out, the boy flipped at all who just left and shut the door behind them aggressively. This isnot an acceptable behavior from anyone, more so from anybody working in service industry. I will be happy to take a call orreply to an email from subway corporate office or local to make sure they have the details of the employee right and give themnecessary training. Read more
