Terrible Starbucks don?t waste your money. Very slow service. Prioritized training a new employee despite several (6+ drinks... pending) continued to observed a trainee heat milk and tap it on the counter 10+ times and then pour it out three times, rightin front of us as several of us were waiting, before stopping training and filling orders. When order was filled in the rush tocatch up they made it incorrectly. Read more

This is the third time in the past week that I have been to this Starbucks and they messed up my order. I normally don?t write... bad reviews but at some point the staff need to be trained on how to make drinks. I know they are busy, but quality andconsistency are the reasons people are willing to pay $6 for a drink. From now on, I will drive a bit farther to the Starbucksat Gaskins and Mayland. Read more

In a rainy day, I drove to your store to get a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew to refresh my day. But you didn't add the... cream...... This is not a big thing but it is extremely extremely extremely annoying. Because you don't wanna drive back in theheavy rain just for the cream. But that's what you came for and ordered! Last time I came through the drive-thru here it was great, prompt, delightful...this time they weren't even sure they had tea or... bagel and had to check, not a big deal. However, I was then handed a very hot cup of tea with no sleeve nor double cupped whichmade it even more difficult to drink. Nearly spilled on me because lid was not fastened securely. This is the best Starbucks and it?s the best because of the people. They are so nice! And a lot of fun. They genuinely seem to... like working with each other. I love going in there. They get drinks and food out quickly but still have time to chat with youor make a joke. Love it. One time I was in there and where dancing to a danced a little too. It really made my day. Read more
