Really?! Never again! I am not paying $5 for 1/3 cup of ice. ???? I do not appreciate the ice watering down my latte And... diluting the effect of the caffine. When I tell any other "reputable" food establishment no ice or light ice, I am not served a drink that is only 2/3s full. Read more

The worst! Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes without moving so I got out of line and left. They have great potential... with this location but they need to step up their game. Build in an extra 30 minutes if you plan to stop here. ???????? Read more

I am a regular and it disappoints me to say that my last 3 or 4 visits have been poor. The service seems to be changing and I... feel like it's time for me to take a break from one of my favorite coffee spots. Today, at drive thru the person working thewindow gave us the the "wrong drinks", then proceeds to say she can't take them back, "so y'all can keep those". I'm like no Iwant the drinks we paid for, but the responsibility to throw those drinks out was now on us. Very inconsiderate!!!! Finally,another person shows up to say do you need us to remake your drinks? Well, of course given the fact that we were told our orderwas wrong and I had to dispose of the "wrong order". She then says only one of those drinks was wrong! I'm like why were we toldthe ORDER was wrong? Yes, please remake our drinks. Again, it is definitely time for me to take a break. She did remake ourdrinks and our breakfast sandwiches were fine. Read more

I have been a GOLD member with Starbucks for over 20 years and I have never been treated so poorly by a location until Dominion... Blvd! And the worst part is - It was the manager that provided the poor customer service. My drink was not correct uponarrival BUT trying to be polite I sipped it to see if I could tolerate so they wouldn't have to make another drink. Well, Icouldn't keep it so I asked for a replacement. The manager said she had to "see me" walk over and throw this one away in orderto make another (WHAT?). It doesn't end there- so I order at cashier and the manager comes over to look at my order and says "5shots, what?"- I said yes, ma'am- that is what I ordered and paid for on the app- trust me I'm not trying to get over on you forespresso shots. AND STILL doesn't end there- THEN while waiting for my drink- the manager (wish I had gotten her name) goes tothe tablet and proceeds to say " I don't see your mobile order" and this is while I'm holding a BAG of food I ordered via app aswell- another employee walked over and said- Yes, there was a mobile order for me and the manager then proceeded to say "Oh,, Iwas just making sure so next time.." I cut her off immediately and said "oh, there will be NO other next time at this location. Shame on you Manager- You should NOT be working in management AND certainly NOT at Starbucks where until I entered thislocation- has always given AMAZING service! :( Read more
