Slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been too! They even used the Chick-Fil-a way and had someone standing outside to take orders. Took... 20 plus minutes after we got out of the line and went inside for 2 coffee and bread thrown in the microwave oven for 30 secs. Read more
I work at Starbucks so I feel like I need to share this review because this was just wrong. My Grandpa and my family just came... through to get his birthday drink and the worker said he didn?t have a reward to use, so I pulled up his profile to show that itwas his birthday and she still said ?well you don?t have a reward?, so we ended up paying for it, but if the app says it?s yourbirthday and you have the proof for it you?re supposed to give them the drink if the reward doesn?t pull up. Staff were friendly and served us quickly even though there were people in the drive-through and a large order ahead of us.
The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the drinks are delicious! I really like the layout of the place as well. We... were greeted multiple times including by a manager or something working on her computer. It was nice to see she took that timeto wish us a good day. Now it's rare for me to give 5 stars and now I'll tell you why I did.... they package their old groundsand set them out for people to take them for free to put in their garden. That is amazing! I have never seen a coffee shop dothat and this is the first Starbucks I've seen do it. Bravo! Way to give to your community and support recycling! Veryimpressed! Read more
I got a pumpkin cream cold brew grande. Which I have bought from this location several times. But this time they didn?t put the... usual amount of cream. And I told the guy that handed me my $5 drink that and he said it must of mixed into the coffee? andturned and walked away? 1st for me! I thought that was rude for one.. and when I spend $5 on a black coffee and cream drink I dohave expectations.. the picture below the cream got on the lid but it is not filled to the lid. First time at this location since it moved here from its previous location. The first thing that I noticed is how this store... looks modernized like locations in New York and surrounding states. The staff are no longer friendly as they were at theprevious location. There's quite a new faces as well. While it was easy in and easy out, the staff were very impersonal. I, likethose in front of me, was not greeted by a simple "Good Morning. How are you today?" Really Starbucks?!?!?! Everyone workingwere quite robotic in their actions and no one saying anything to any customer nor themselves. The brunette young lady with theponytail and eyeglasses appeared to be the shift. She spoke quite sternly to her partner, Richard, who's old enough to be hergrandfather. Even if this wasn't the case, each and every person there should be respectful of each other and thecustomers. There's lots of seating and a long table with space for you to work or meet with others. This Starbucks has a newlocation and a new attitude--the new attitude could use some improvements. This isn't my go to Starbucks as I don't live or workon this side of town, but with a nearby meeting, I decided to give them a try today.
