Last time I ever order from here. They never get it right. Today, I ordered a #5 Little John with everything that comes on it.... What I got was a #5 Reg with NOTHING but meat and cheese on a tough roll. I will never stray from Jersey Mikes again. This placeis the worst. Read more

Came into location to order my sandwich and the young man that took my order was very pleasant but the associate that made my... sandwich sat my food on the counter when ready and when I asked for a bag, he pointed behind the counter to the bags, napkinsand coupons. I?ve never been to a fast food location that prefers the customer to reach behind the counter (unsanitary!!) andbag their food. Needless to say I won?t be be back! Read more
Service was fast, as expected. food was great, as expected. For whatever reason, they had an associate mopping the dining room... at lunch hour and im not just talking about a damp mop. It was dripping wet and the floor was soaked. Despite treading lightly,I lost my footing and almost fell on the way out. I understand keeping the restaurant clean but this was a bit much. Read more
I love Jimmy John Subs. We visit a store at least twice a month. This visit, the food was excellent. I had the Vito Italian Sub... with mayo. The drink was great, and the restroom was sparkly clean. My only issue was that I was the only person in line (7:30p.m ) and it took about 10 minutes to get my sandwich. I'm not sure if more stocking of salads, or meats was needed, but nobodyleft the food prep area, and it didn't seem by observation that the employees were goofing off etc. Not sure really whathappened. But, anyway, it was good food, just not the normal crazy fast service I usually receive. I hope next visit will beback to normal. Read more
