This will be my LAST visit to this Chipotle! Service was horrible ???? went in 730pm Wednesday. I noticed lots of workers and... how nasty the food line was some canister empty. I ordered a bowl i ask if there was more fajita mix? He turns to the cashierand ask "do we have fajita mix? She nope we are out, I ask for lettuce well it was down to the end he scrapping with his hand toget every scrap ???? I asked do you have any more lettuce? Before he could answer the cashier stated this bowl looks perfect ithas 3,3,3 i said not sure wanted that means BUT it NOT perfect because there's NO fajita mix! She under her breath but mydaughter and I heard her this people i should have stayed at the other store. I walked over to get a fork and that area was theworst as well no napkins nothing was filled . I noticed a broken bottle of hot sauce on the floor there was a mother and her sona toddler eating I turned and said hey you all have a broken bottle over here everyone looked at me like yeah we know we'll getit. I was hoping no one would fall or get cut clearly I saw glass everywhere from the bottle I work in in the hospital I can seethem coming in my ER with cuts. Worse mistake of my life coming here to eat. Wasn't sure whether to eat the food or throw it out and go somewhere else. The... rice tasted like they made it last Tuesday (today is Sunday). The ???? is all over the the food and the place is so so nasty.The staff is rude. If you come here bring a no pest strip to hang from the table. And a broom and mop to help them clean up. I ordered and paid for extra pollo asada and this is the remake and yet no extra pollo asada. The customer service is horrible... and the guy with the super long dreads and tattoos needs to be retrained in the area. There were times when this location was on top of things, but not recently. They are almost always out of items, generally out... of chips. They are almost always late on pick up orders (despite it being one item ordered). The workers here should not be incustomer service generally, as many act zombified and too many times just aren't very proactive or act with any sense ofurgency. This location needs to fix its logistics/inventory issues as well as the issues of staff in order to create a placewhere there is clear teamwork and care for the customer. One way I look at work in general is "If you're at work, you're thereto work, not to just pass time". There should be someone checking the drink/utensils/straws section ever hour. There should besomeone tasked with making sure things stay straight and clean every hour. Staff should be proactive about making surecustomer's time is appreciated and acknowledged. These are bare minimums for running a successful customer service business. Notsure if this is franchised out, but whoever is running this location needs to look into these things.
