This store has become ridiculous. Why isn't corporate stepping in here? Just came in after a long shift and was told that they... were only doing online orders because none of them are "trained" to work the register. I asked them "so none of you can work theregister" they replied "not according to corporate". That is bull. From the top down, everyone needs to be replaced at thislocation. You can tell by all the recent terrible reviews. Corporate, WAKE UP AND FIX THIS LOCATION! P.S. I'm not evenmentioning the issues with the freshness and presentation of my food the last 3 times I ordered from this location. Absolutelyunacceptable! Read more

Don't go after 6 on weekends. One staff prepping and one (who refused to help prep) on the cash register. Waited 10 minutes and... never moved in line. I saw the back staff hustling as fast as they could to refill foods on the line, but definitely wereshort super staffed on a Friday night. Read more

So I arrived at chipotle at 9:45 and James the manager refuse to serve me. Stating that they were only taking online orders.... When I asked to show me we?re it stated in the restaurant that only online orders after 9 he just repeated himself. Saying weonly are taking online orders. I asked for his name and his supervisors name and as I was leaving the restaurant him and hisemployees began to taut me. As if I was wrong for trying to come and spend my money with this business. I will be reaching outto the general manager and corporate. I have never received such poor customer service. And to make jokes about me as I wasleaving was horrendous. Got there and there was a sign on the door stating that they were only taking online orders at this time. So, my husband and I... placed an online order. Got the food fairly quickly. There was no drink cup by the bag (I had ordered a fountain lemonade) noemployees in sight to to give me a drink cup. Got home with the food and discovered that half of the order was incorrect anditems that were payed for (queso) were missing, and only a few small scraps of meat. Very disappointing. I love Chipotle, but Iwould never return to this location. Read more

My friend and I dined in. The dining room was not clean. Food was hot and fresh. Steady flow of customers, most took their food... and left. Trash cans overflowing. Counter around drink station needed attention. Read more

Went for lunch. The food was ok but they only had 2 meats available. What was disappointing was that we sat at the table, and... after having to wash off our own table that we sat for over an hour and watched the staff eat at then table and never cleanedthe dining room our whole visit. Read more

Music in the dining area is way too loud. It?s a restaurant not a night club. Forget having a conversation if you have someone... with you. Young man making my burrito needs a new lesson because it completely came apart after 2 bites. Wanted brown rice theyhad to scrape the bottom of the one container and had no more ready. After a full 12 hour day of travel, I ordered my wife food, something familiar, so that she could prepare for her new job. The... food arrived via DoorDash in a torn bag, chips are stale, with a burrito bowl that was missing items that we paid for, ice coldby the way, with no utensils, no napkins, a couple of shreds of steak pieces, the white rice was just that, not seasoned likeadvertised, of which we paid $40+ using a delivery service. This is poor service and it merits a full refund from all parties.Rubbish. Read more
