Placed a large order for our softball team. They left out all sauces, straws, and a chicken sandwich. When I called all they... could offer me was a mobile coupon good for 2 weeks for this location only. I said this was unacceptable since 1) We aretraveling from out of town and 2) they are closed tomorrow. They would not offer a refund for the sandwich nor to give me acoupon good for another location. The manager is Martina. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad ???? and it was tasty. The grilled chicken is nicely seasoned, there are black beans,... corn. grape tomatoes and it comes with a pack of tortilla strips and chili lime pepita seeds on the side. The staff was friendlyas well. Read more

Forgot sauces on my order twice. One time I made it all the way home before I noticed. 2nd time, I had to run back in to get... them after driving off. When I ran back in I was given the sauces but no apology or nothing. This was after I waited 8 minutesfor a sub that never happened at Publix. 2022 July, 2nd time stopping here was much better. Drive thru experience was good, food was good and decided to stop at this... location because I usually stop at the location on England street in Ashland and it is usually always busy. 2 lanes merge intoone lane drive thru. 1 year prior, I wrote, Drive thru experience was okay. The food was good and the fries were fresh and hotas requested. This was my first time stopping at this location. It is not directly off of interstate 95. I was a bit confused bythe cone that they placed in the middle of the entrance, so I passed the entrance for the drive thru, entered the entrance forthe mobile online pickup parking lot and had to exit that parking lot and enter the drive thru entrance on one side of the coneat the same time that another car was on the other side of the cone (that car was exiting and leaving Chick=fil=A). It was atight squeeze getting into Chick=fil=A and when merging from the two lane drive thru to the one lane next to the building topickup our food from the drive thru window. The young man that took my order was wearing a mask but he took my order on thedriver side instead of the passenger side of my vehicle. The Chick=fil=A in South Riding (virginia) has young employees takingorders from the passenger side of the vehicle (to meet the CDC COVID-19 social distancing recommendation). The young man thatgave me my receipt had a mask on but his nose was not covered. The young lady at the window did not have a mask on from what Iremember because I think I remember seeing her pleasant smile. She was nice and friendly. Read more
