Placed a large order for our softball team. They left out all sauces, straws, and a chicken sandwich. When I called all they... could offer me was a mobile coupon good for 2 weeks for this location only. I said this was unacceptable since 1) We aretraveling from out of town and 2) they are closed tomorrow. They would not offer a refund for the sandwich nor to give me acoupon good for another location. The manager is Martina.
