Worse late night snack ever. I usually order from the one in Hopewell and they really do a good job , but this location was... ridiculous! We ordered chicken wings and fries not only was everything cold and the fries were soggy as well by when the foodwas delivered my mild sauce was spilled all over everything in the bag. I will never order from this location and I definitelywould not recommend this location to anyone. This was disgusting and they should be ashamed of their selves for charging me $40for food that we could not eat and enjoy. I order take out regularly from here and the staff and the entire team are so amazing and welcoming . Great pizzas and wings and... oven baked fries . A couple of times they forgot my jelapeons which I love on my pizzas . Which I am not sure when you add extraI might have not saved it and they have very good coupons and deals if your enrolled with them . Read more
Ordered 3 cheese steak hoagies tonight and this is what was delivered. When I called to report this to the restaurant I asked if... they had run short on food. The ?manager? said this is the recipe and that is the amount of meat that comes on the sandwich withno peppers and onions. He was rude and defensive. When I asked if I could have his name he said no. Absolutely HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered 1lb of jerk chicken wings with a 6? turkey sub? wings were NOT seasoned... not even a spec of pepper! And they looked like a few were missing. Don?t even get me started on my sub. Old lettuce with 1 1/2piece of turkey slices, literally weighed as much a ball of aluminum foil. I thought it was just bread before I opened it.Called in to get a refund or new order and the ?manager? named ?nick? laughed at me and said ?well you shouldn?t order our foodthen.? Ordered Grub Hub at 9:12pm. Called the restaurant at 10:13pm and the order was not even completed yet. Steven (Mgr) stated his... tablet was not plugged in. ???? I asked for an idea on the time. He got completely short with me... said he "has no idea". Ipressed him on the time. Asking... how can you have no idea? He said another 30 minutes. We received the order at 10:40. Thefood was not prepared correctly. Our chicken cheese steak had NO CHEESE! The Philly cheesesteak has NO CHEESE!! The peppers andonions were not grilled... the mushrooms are cheap canned ones and also not grilled. Terrible dry and cheaply prepared food. Ido not recommend. Read more
