First time back in 3 years. Can't believe how much it has fallen. On an uncrowded Thursday night it took an hour and a half from... the time I walked in the door at 9pm until I left at 10:30 for me to get seated, get someone to find me a server, for theserver to take my order, for me to get a beer and 6 wings, to get my check, and to pay it. Unreal. The wings are still a bitbetter than average, but not worth the time. You would probably be better off ordering take out or sitting at the bar. Just left Buffalo Wild Wings on Brook Rd. Won't be returning. Yes, it's a bar. Yes, it's noisy. I accept that. I don't accept... dirty floors, half hearted service,(had to ask for napkins, utensils and refills)poor quality food and a manager that couldcare less. My nachos were cold, limp and greasy but my husband had feathers fried WITH his wings. One of them was 3 inches long,so there is no way it wasn't seen. When we informed the manager his reply was "Yeah, and? You know feathers are a natural partof a chicken, right? Sometimes they get missed " I left him a note on our ticket that beaks are a natural part of a chicken,too but I don't expect them to be cooked on my plate. ???? Read more
Low expectations since I was a little turned off by the downtown location, which is now closed, however my joy for BWW has been... renewed. Saturday afternoon during college football and it wasn't overly crowded. I sat at the bar and the bartender was quickto arrive, very pleasant, friendly and smiled. Drink order was quick, food order was very fast and everything was preparedperfect and it was all perfect. I'm a fan again. Read more

When we come for takeout or pick up the delivery we wait and we wait and we wait . Now am here and some customer he kik the door... and he go because he waited more than 30mn and and no one he came to him or came to me . They don't care about you if you waitor you go . Am delivery guy I work with uber if you spend my time for one delivery for 5$ trip!! Do you accept that?! OK noproblem but this is a life . Life is hard . ???? Many ups and downs. The host was nice, got us the table fast. The place was not crowded. The waitress came after 15 minutes... saying straight what do you want. That attitude through out the dinner was unacceptable. Never checked if we like the food.Nobody picked up the empty plates for more than 30 minutes. Some of the staff were drinking and one also smoked electroniccigarettes inside. Many beers were out and all salads were out. The wings and the pretzels were good. Read more
Not sure what we did to upset or server... But we hope she has a better night. Had to ask for napkins and flatware. Actually... slammed our food down on the table at delivery. No follow up. Had to waive her down for drink refills. Food came out cold andexceptionally greasy. Would probably eat somewhere else. (Filled out your contact us) But the last things that shoulddefinitely be included... Please remind servers. 1. While ignoring your tables, not doing follow ups, not getting napkins,plates silverware or refills... Don't sit in the dinning area playing on your phone. 2. Despite your shift being over...
