I’m a relaxed person who generally tries to tip 20% regardless of service, but not at this BWW. We were seated immediately,... sat for 15 minutes before our waiter greeted us and took our order, and waited another 20 minutes for our drinks (water and abeer). We waited for 75 minutes to get our appetizer. We wanted to pay for the beer at the counter and leave during theridiculously long wait, but there was no one at the counter to speak to and our server was MIA. When our food finally came out,it wasn’t even hot. I’m shocked we were asked to pay the full price for our drink and wings considering the service…wewill never come here again. Read more
I've always had fantastic experiences at this location! Silas was my waiter and he absolutely went above and beyond! He had a... trainee with him and I didn't get his name but he also was very nice guy and even gave my nephew 50 cents to play a game! I'vehad very inconsistent experiences at most B-Dubs but this location is always a 5 star experience! Not to mention the foodarrived in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to five minutes! No kidding I ordered, went to the bathroom and the food was onmy table when I walked out! Read more
It doesn't surprise me that ratings are low for this location and I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. In the middle of... my dinner while eating my fries, I felt a piece of hair in my mouth. Let's note that I have black braided hair, I pulled a pieceof blonde hair out of my mouth. While I was completely disgusted, I understand things happens, I politely ask for the manager.The manager JD comes to the table, gives a half way apology, very generic and zero empathy and says he will take off the fries.At this point I had half of my wings, and an entire drink that I left at the table. When I ask the number for corporate he saidquickly and with a sassy response "let me get that for you" I understand the unfortunate situation, but if this is the type ofpeople you hire to run your store, that is even more unfortunate. This place is easily one of the worst B Dubs. I hate that at this establishment the service is soo slow, all the time. They... always have a ton of food sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered. The restaurant is always dirty. I get these areuncertain times. But the management of this store really needs to get it together. If you are short on staff it’s not yourtime to be sitting in the back and not helping out your limited staff. Additionally, the sanitation of this establishment isjust sub par. This will definitely be the last time me and my family eat at this particular location. Read more
Buffalo wings is always my fav . Passed through Richmond VA , and stopped here for a quick lunch . It’s an amazing place . ... Really huge . So many tables inside and since it was summer and hot , we asked them some outdoor serving and they did it . Thereis a snalll section with 2-3 tables outside and we had a good time. Service was quick and very friendly. Initially it took themsome time , but once we were set, it was awesomely quick . Lots and lots of parking . Best part about wings was, there wasenough sauce to make it juicy . Most of other Buffalo wings location , they give it dry. Kudos to the whole team. Just got a to-go order for my lunch and bought an order of fries. Opened the box and barely a handful of fries, after paying... $3.79 plus tax, and my street-tacos were missing toppings- it was a tremendous rip-off. Very understaffed. Tables were dirty and falling apart. Our waitress was nice but clearly juggling too much. We waited an hour... for our boneless wings and ended up having to get it to-go. We waited a good long while before we even had our drink orderstaken and didn't get any refills the whole time. I feel for the staff, because I can see they are doing the best with what theyhave, but it was a very unpleasant experience. Read more
