Everyone was nice. Food is great. They do need to advertise their specials better and have menu's available to customers via... either a qr code or paper menu's as it can get frustrating having to hold up a line to stand in front of the cashier to see themenu and to even know their specials you'd have to stare into a rotating tiny advertising iPad at the counter. I did go onlinebut Arby's corporate doesn't do a very good job with their online menu section for this location. If they have better ability tosee menu's I'd give 5 stars. Most restaurants use a TV over their counters to advertise their specials. Just thoughts. Read more
I had the traditional gyro meal. I was about $11 bucks. Here's how I rate this place and at the end, you'll see my overall... recommendations for others if I'll be visiting this place again. Restaurant Cleanliness: Clean inside and out. ???? FoodQuality: Tastes good. It was as flavorful as I expected although I should have asked for an order of extra sour cream on theside. Food Price: Food price was fair. I paid just over $11 for my lunch meal. Speed of service: The speed was SLOW and quitea bit longer than I expected. I was in line for over 15 mins from the time I placed the order until I drove off with myfood. Quality of service: The service quality was very good. Staff was very friendly, order was accurate, and I feltwelcomed. Overall: I recommend this business and will be revisiting them again. Read more
Didn't have salad dressing for the salad I ordered. Milk shake machine wasn't working. The ceiling was falling down. Just... overall not a good experience. Will find a different Arby's to go to. Read more
Great customer service, order two (2) chicken sandwiches which came with ranch dressing, something I don't eat, cashier that... took my order, added ranch to my sandwiches. Didn't know about this issue, until I arrive home, 20 minutes away from Arby's.Just threw it in the trash. Don't get me wrong, still a great place to eat at, but for future reference, I will double check myorder before leaving. Lesson learn! Read more
I'm usually more forgiving to fast food places and I totally understand being understaffed and overworked in a fast pace... environment but when you serve a cold french dip and fries that have been thru the fryer at least twice when the restaurant isdead then we got a problem. I've been coming to this particular Arby's for years and know they can do better. I don't whathappened that led to this y'all need to tighten up. Read more
I'm always pleasantly surprised by this location. The staff has always been pleasant and my food has been better than I honestly... expected. This location has done a great job of keeping the lobby looking fancy and keeping food tasting good. Update: Dine inwas available tonight. First time we'd seen it open in a while. Like many fast food restaurants now, they are only offering drive-thru service due to limited staffing. Please be patient. They... do give excellent customer service. I love that they sell 1/2 and 1/4 rotisserie chickens. It is one of my father-in-lawsfavorites. Read more
