Placed an order for pick up around 5:30 PM. Wednesday to the store to pick it up and a sign on the door red close early due to... family emergency. My sandwich was sitting on the Tagoe rack just inside the door but no way of getting it. I called the storethe next day to ask about a refund and was only told that all of the sandwiches have been made and that no one left early and noone locked up? I literally have physical proof of a picture, banged on the door for 10 minutes and no one came. Read more

First off employees look stressed and not friendly whatsoever. No air conditioning at all on a 95 degree day. Still selling... fountain sodas with the CO2 not working at all. Complete mess of a store! Read more

They really do a fantastic job here! I work nearby and walk there just about every day to pick up my lunch The young ladies in... there are always working very hard to meet the demand of the line of people during the lunch rush. I order online ahead of timeand always find it ready when I arrive. They always greet me, usually by name, and with a smile and wish for a good day. My foodis always prepared well and as I had requested. I am in the service industry so I appreciate good service and appreciate thegreat work this subway team is doing. I went into this location tonight just about 6:30 6:40 on 9/25 and the two male workers that were on shift were complete and... utter a**holes. First lets not even get into the simple fact the asked me to wait a sec to make an online order and as theymessed that online order up and realized it they still continued to make the food bag it and everything knowing it was pre paidfor and that the sandwiches werent right. They messed up my order because the teenage boy didnt care to listen long enough andthe older male that helped my friend was being disrespectful to the teenager in front of the 7 customers that were currently inthe restaurant. Not to mention charged me for 4 cookies when i legit said i only want 2 about 5 times. Not to mention the youngteenagers attitude when ringing up my food bc i asked for cookies the amount of disrespect just because they had to do theirjob. Im over disrespectful employees that dont know how to treat their customers with respect. Im not the type to ever leavereviews no matter the experience but this was terrible if i could leave like a 1/4 star i would bc the only good thing that cameout of this was my half messed up food.
