I stopped by on my way home from work. I purchased a prefilled rainbow sherbet and a prefilled praline ice cream. I was told it... was $11.99 which I paid but the female worker had to ask for help cause she could not get a receipt. The male worker did notlook at my purchases just looked at the machine and said I owed another $6.99 that for what ever reason my card only paid forhalf the purchase. When I got home I looked at my bank account and I was charged both rates. That made my purchases for two tubsof ice cream $18.98. Rather expensive ice cream. I won?t be going back there. Read more
I commend the staff for their fantastic customer service. They were packed, super busy with delivery orders and a long line of... customers even with three people serving customers. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. As a customer walking intoa busy establishment, I like to be acknowledged. As I waited they worked efficiently and quickly, and every customer walkedaway satisfied with their order, even myself, although they were out of a few flavors, understandable at the end of a very busyday. The first time I came here the old lady working told me my service dog couldn't come in. This time I came and my husband ordered... a milk shake. It was more like flavored milk than a milk shake.
