If you have the option to, go to a different Little Caesars. I can only speak to the one time I went here, but I won't be back.... Worst service for a Little Caesars I've experienced. Poorly managed and none that work there seem to care much about their job.After waiting over half an hour in our car for our pepperoni pizza that was suppose to be brought out I finally went in andwaited another 5 minutes for them to pull it out of the warmer were it was clearly waiting for some time to be brought to us.And no it wasn't even a busy night, there were maybe 6 total customers during the time we were waiting. In that time a handfulof teens were going in and out of the back in street cloths talking with those working. Meh. Happy to see new franchise owners of Little Caesars around Kansas City again. Hot n ready a little more money but worth it.... It's why the last owners ran them all into the ground with to cheap of prices, so a couple bucks more but fast and always good.Crazy sauce is always needed too! Read more
Place has been going downhill. They are very busy and they don't pay their employees enough so they never have enough help. As a... result food quality is going downhill pretty fast. I had never ordered a pizza from anywhere that looked like this period therewas a giant 4" squared hole in it. Never cut right I have to finish their job, always missing items, should safety seal the box for delivery. Uneven toppings.... Horrible quality. No customer service. After going to the store I know why. All high school drama queens more worried about thenight and boyfriend's. Floor is slippery greasy mess, store is trashed nothing stocked.
