I love fried chicken and theirs is good. There have been mishaps with delivery them forgetting certain items but they?re good to... make it up if you call. Read more
....Just plain rude!! I entered the lobby to place an order. No one was waiting and no one was in the drive through. I stood at... the counter for about 5 minutes and there was no sign of any employees present. I'm a patient person and assumed maybe they'rein the back or using the restroom. Sure enough a female employee came walking from the back with wet hands, wearing a headsetand began taking someone's order in the drive thru. She walked right by me and didn't even acknowledge me with a "hello" or "onemoment". I stood there for another two minutes listening to her talk to the person in the drive thru and finally decided totake my business elsewhere. She could definitely use some customer service training. Had to wait over 5 minutes for them to come to the speaker in drive-thru when no one was in front of me. Only ordered a piece of... chicken and mash potatoes but it was hot and good. Just can't get good service anywhere these days apparently.. Read more
