We went for dinner. Small town so it's always busy. You could tell they were short staffed as we only saw 4 people working but... they were getting those orders out and the food was hot, fresh and right! Big Kudos to those employees Thursday night!! I'm going to assume there is someone new at the helm. I have never had this kind of a problem. I pulled up to stall #6 to order... my meal around 11:30 am. I waited 15 minutes and no response to the call button. I thought ok maybe the stall is out of order,so I backed out and went to another stall. I waited another 15 minutes. At this time of day people are taking their lunch breakand do not have much time to wait, nor does everyone have the ability to call it in or have the app. I left and went toBrookshire's to get chicken instead. You lost money, I spent more money. no win on either side here. I understand short staffsituations as I do work retail, but the show must go on and communication is a must. Read more
Absolutely the worst sonic and most unprofessional I have ever been too. I have given them multiple opportunities and sadly,... they continue to disappoint. Today, it took 15 mins after two attempts to order then I waited 30 mins to receive 1 drink and 1sonic blast.. I ended up driving off with out my order. I never use this sonic again. Ordered 4 drinks and some cheese sticks, took 30+ minutes to get our stuff and they forgot one of the drinks. They weren't busy... there were maybe 3 other cars there, when we asked for the missing drink she went in then came back to ask for our recipt. I'mguessing whoever she talked to wanted to be sure we weren't trying to steal a rt 44 vanilla coke. Read more
Waiting 10 minutes to order and 20 minutes for your food at a fast food establishment is ridiculous, I understand you're short... staffed but it has been this way for awhile and then your order isn't right half the time!! Read more
