Great food, friendly staff
I was very disappointed with the service and food at neptunes last night. My husband and I have eaten there for breakfast and... lunch and were very pleased but last night was not the same at all. Our server wasn't very friendly and didn't seem interestedin helping with questions. And the food was really awful...we got Chili which was just a pile of hamburger with some seasoning.My sandwich was burned on one side but our server never came back to check on us so I could tell her. Had breakfast there, waitress argued with us insisting we ordered a waffle instead French toast. She literally went back and... forth with me 3 times! We ordered crispy hashbrowns and they came out a pile of mush. She never checked on us, never broughtketchup which I guess was fine since the hashbrowns were not edible. We will not be back! Read more
