KAREN ALERT!!! my parents are elderly and can?t speak English well and they needed to use the bathroom. I was in line ordering... and KAREN told my parents to find a bathroom somewhere else. The bathroom code is 1776. The (who I assume to be) manager was very unfriendly and although I understand where she is coming... from having to buy something before you can use the bathrooms, I don't agree with her making us wait to complete our purchasebefore we can use it. We were in line and we're unable to use the bathroom until after we bought it and my aunt going throughchemotherapy nearly didn't make it. The girl behind the counter had such an aggressive, rude attitude toward me that we left without ordering. There was a... misunderstanding about what I was ordering because I was wearing a mask. She lost her patience immediately and spoke to me inevery hostile manner. I then told her off. After we left, I asked my group if I reacted too strongly and they all said NO. Theysaid they couldn't believe she was behaving that way when I hadn't done anything to deserve her response. They said they didn'tfeel comfortable with someone that nasty making their food. I was very disappointed in how ?Karen? the older lady in the facility spoke to the other employees... it was very rude and... degrading. We have stopped here quite a few times since we?ve been here and normally are waited on by extremely nice and happyemployees and this time I?m sad to say was not that enjoyable. She was very distracted, rude, abrasive and if I might add, ifshe is the manager then she may want to adjust the way she manages her facility. Respect your employees and they will respectyou and work 10x better! Thank you to the young woman running the register! she tried so hard to make up for the older woman?sbad attitude and as she did the older woman would just lash out..... oh and masks are not effective worn under your chinstanding over customers food, ?Karen?/manager!
