Stopped in later in the evening. Ordered a couple of hotdogs and a mini chicken sandwich. I was hungry, the hotdogs were barely... warm and as such just edible enough. The chicken sandwich was dry, barely warm, no mayo. Sonic is definitely an emergency,like i just need something to eat, place. I definitely wouldn't drive far for the chow. Read more

The stalls are too small for our travel van to fit comfortably. The food came out cold. Our order was delivered with wrong and... missing items. The location we were at didn't have the menu items we originally purchased. Overall, it's Sonic. I go there forconvenience and their slushes. Everything else is better elsewhere. Read more

Trying to order and the attendant COULDN'T hear me. After repeating the first item EIGHT times, I asked for a chili cheese dog.... They were out of hot dogs. Really don?t understand all the negative reviews! Everything was in stock, service was friendly and quick, and it all really hit... the spot. As a bonus, you also get the smell of fresh garlic in the background while you enjoy your treats! We will be back. Read more

Bad-bad-bad. Saturday night, waited 10 minutes in car booth only to be told booths are closed, drive through only. Waited 20... minutes in drive through to order, then told they weren't serving any ice cream, just shakes, because of being understaffed. This means poor management period! 30 wasted minutes, only to pull out and leave. Many people left spinning their wheels. Now Isee why. Read more

Very hot day so decided to treat myself and my son to a sonic beverage. Got into the drive thru and service was quick and... friendly. Forgot about happy hour so was happily surprised that my two beverages were less than full price. Read more

Like peanut butter spread to thin. It seems as time goes by this great franchise has failed in this location. I have been... sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes. Mainly now just to figure out how to write this review. I now understand why most ofthe commercials pride themselves on their drinks. Tasty food and speediness is not their forte. We have ten minutes before theyclose at this point. We got here at 9:45. We have figured that it would be enough time to get food and their famous drinks. Ihave even taken my time writing this review. We now have five minutes before they cllose The picture is where we were at. It wasat 11:00 closing time. That is the first menu they have in drive-thru. 11:07 and we were able to order. You can tell the bit ofservice they do know how to offer has stopped at closing. Management should stop by at night so they can see how horrible theservice really is. Preferably the last hour and a half before closing. Now you might be asking yourself, why go throughexperience and spend money they don?t deserve? To write this to let those who are even curious, to find another location. If youcome to this one thinking it?s better service, your in for a surprise. We In my recommendation, just don?t. Dear management ifyou care a bit for you potential customers, please fix this location. Retrain or better yet, train your employees. I asked for agrape slushy with nerds nothing special. This location in Gilroy failed to make their famous drinks also. As I write this aftereverything I have dropped it to one star. The three drinks were horrible. The cheesecake drink had no cheesecake. The chilicheese tots. The star I have given is for the politeness of the young girl charging for the food. Just to let you know SONIC, IfI ask for an item on your menu I would like all the fixings you claim to offer. The employees choosing not to add thoseingredients, I would call that stealing. Read more
