Former employee here. You can?t expect much here, management expects a job of gold while giving you bronze tools. They don?t... care about the workers or the food as long as they can get it out of the window in less than three minutes. Don?t expect to getyour meal in that time; half of our machines, whether from making food or getting it from point A to point B are broken, haven?tbeen fixed in months. Probably one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff talk like they're in high school. Half of the time they... don't want to take your order and tell you to use the kios. Fries came a few times under cooked, Mcflurry never filled up, andthey close the drive through early. Drive to 10st or to the outlets you'll save time even if it means driving across the town.Don't ever us the App for curbside pick up they'll forget about you and have you sitting in your car for 30 minutes. Update Nowif you ask for ketchup they give it one packet for a whole meal. They updated the dinner area and removed the fountain drinks soyou need to find a employee that will refill your drink that alone is a whole other issue. Always missing items. I ordered and paid for extra sides for my breakfast meal but never got it. Called the store to inform them, spoke to someone... whose English I barely understood, who told me she would check but never bothered to wait for me to provide more info on theorder, then rudely hung up on me.
