Cleaning person rudely kicked me out when i barely sat down for the reason of others were waiting, when absolutely no one was.... Took 30 min after ordering, to recieve cold fries, only thing ordered. Worst McDonald's ever ams iwas just at san Francisco Read more
Went through the drive thru, got a hi-C that tasted like water. Came back through and asked for a sprite as a replacement, they... charged me for it even though they asked me at the window about the replacement. Made me drive forward and park and I waitedalmost 10 mins for the replacement which ended up being another hi-c. Obviously no communication happening. Read more
You'd better be familiar with how to use their kiosk because if there's any question you're stuck. I didn't know what the table... tent number meant & wanted to eat at the outside tables. Employees were too busy to be helpful. Read more
I recommend to fire one of your female employees. I hope you read this. I don?t know who this girl was but don?t be giving... costumers bad attitude. You got hired for a reason, act mature ???????. I used to like coming to this McD over going to 1st st or 10th st because they would get my sons burger right. I decided to go... inside because I hate the layout of the drive through. If it were not for the nice elder man who took my order, they would havegotten 1 star. Trash was overflowing (I was embarrassed for Gilroy!), dining area was gross (some guy even changed his mind abtdining in because he couldn?t find one clean table.) One of the soda machines was out of ice & Dr. Pepper. The whole area neededto be wiped down. Worse part we?re the flies. No employee pride. It was bad! Read more
Poor customer service. No signs telling customers to order at the touch screen. There is limited help if you walk in. They won?t... take your order at the register. The manger took me to the self order station eventually and had trouble using thesystem. Recommended to go through the drive through for faster service. Read more
The place was clean. There was a men that was cleaning and he did a good job. The guy who took our order was so nice and last... but not less our order was ready immediately after we ordered it. Read more
