My family and I stopped by this restaurant for the first time. The food was awesome but the service was terrible. 1. When my... family and I waited to be seated, the waitress took us to a dirty table. I asked if we can have another table that was alreadycleaned, she said no and quickly tried to clean the dirty table. When I returned from the ladies room while she was cleaning thetable, another family was seated in the clean table. ???? 2. We order drinks and the waitress never brought them to the table.So we asked a food server for our drinks. She was told to bring the drinks and finally brought them, and she forgot one of ourdrinks. We got our food before our drinks. 3. When I ask for a tray to take home, I asked if I can have 2 containers to takechili, she replied that the containers are small. I told it was fine, I will still take them. She replied again, they are small.And I again I said, that I will take them. She gave me a smirk smile, I felt she was very unprofessional. 4. Service by Carolina made... the Cinco de Mayo Celebration a unique experience because she brought the A+ game to courteous, prompt, friendly service.Glasses and chips were always full throughout meal and she stopped by many times to make sure we were well taken care of. Everydish was perfectly cooked and flavored to perfection. Amazing mixed fajitas, burritos de carne asada, and shrimp meal. Themixed fajita carne asada, shrimp, and chicken has this special blend of spices that is difficult to describe, except to sayMMMMMM, MMMMM, delicious, finger licking yum! The beans are a perfect blend of spices and cheese. Tortillas are cookedwell. Margaritas were awesome. Huge glasses with all the right ingredients. Happy Hour during Cinco de Mayo $5 Margaritas. The place looks great! Last time we were in Los Cuates Restaurant it was a buffet style eatery but now there is an amazing bar... where the buffet area used to be. A lot of awesome changes! The food was super yummy and huge portions for the price which wetruly enjoyed. My keto egg wrap was amazing! My only criticism was the wait time for our food, it took a lot longer thanexpected. But overall, would still definitely recommend Los Cuates Restaurant for some delicious authentic Mexican food ???? Read more
The food was good, the place was clean and the workers were quick to pick up the dishes and restock the food. Other reviews said... the pupusas were good, mine were undercooked and bland but they only had one lady making them and the line was huge! Read more
