The ladies are friendly and professional. The breakfast is filling. Eggs, bacon, sausage burritos are pretty decent and... delicious. The hashbrowns are golden brown and crunchy. Food is filling. Coffee is pretty darn good. I like breakfast hereon the run. Cheers. Read more
By far, worst fast food experience of my life. Asked to wait at speaker? fine that?s normal? 4 minutes later? ?hello?? ?Yes can... you please wait?? Yeah sure.? 7 minutes later finally takes order. Another 15 minutes to get our food, my sausage breakfastburrito is filled almost entirely of bacon and gobs and gobs of nacho cheese, so much so that the burrito busted in the middleand one end. Normal fast food joint. The employees attitudes are hit and miss here. Sometimes you get really nice friendly people but many... other times you get people that rush you to take your order and then ignore you while you sit at the pick up window. Theyrarely get our drive thru orders wrong though! Watch out for that super tight and tiny drive thru and parking lot. The drivethru is crazy narrow with a tight turn that you can see where dozens of people hit the concrete wall. They paint it pretty oftenthough. You may also have to wait on the main road to get into the drive thru so it is best to pull into the drive way on firststreet as you drive towards Monterey Road. Read more
Worthless workers, they don't help for nothing nor respect mobile orders. What's the reason to have them if they are not willing... to open there doors to help dashers? Get it together. Read more
They were just standing around talking when we tried to order and we had to repeat the order 4 times so they actually got it... correctly. (We did not have any special requests just a meal and drink). Then they gave us the wrong food and when we went toget the correct food the MANAGER gave us attitude and said that?s what we ordered when even on the receipt it says a differentitem. This is the smallest Jack in the box I've ever seen. Even the sign inside says "maximum occupancy 5"! The burger patty was dry.... Also you should know that this is not the nicest neighborhood in Gilroy. We stopped here because we were looking for a quickbite to eat before going to Gilroy Gardens but wouldn't recommend anyone else to do the same. Read more
The chicken nuggets are always ether cold or burn. They don't make them fresh.
