Zero stars if I could - They asked me to park and wait for my order, when they brought out 3 of my bags they realized that they... had forgotten the bag of 10 tacos that I ordered. My husband and I started to check our bags against our receipt to make surenothing else was missing. I asked for 2 of the missing hashbrowns as well, so while we waited for our bag of missing tacos wediscovered our 2 hashbrowns were at the bottom of one of the 3 bags (squished). Then the manager came flying out and came alongwith the guy who handed me my order- I said: "Hey we found the 2 hashbrowns" and the woman manager looked at me angrily ready toconfront me and she said "Yea, they're in there!" As if we were trying to lie? And she stormed off . This was the WORST way shecould have handled the situation, you don't treat your customers like that. My family and I are never going back. I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken was real old and stale. The ranch tasted kinda funky. Only took one bite and threw it... away. Worst Jack in the box I?ve ever been to. Read more
Rarely leave a poor review but these gals were upset with me despite being very friendly and as nice as possible. I came to the... drive through late (1:45am) to get some food. I had a large order so I can understand if they messed it up (they forgot the 8tacos). No biggie so I sat back through the 30-45 min line and when I got back to the window with the receipt she said sheremembers giving me my tacos. I was a little upset but I still wanted my tacos so I said I'd pay again for them and she chargedme again but then they added a lot of hot sauce to the tacos because I said that I hadn't got them. It's unfortunate that anhonest mistake is so difficult to deal with these days. I at least got my tacos (that I paid double for) but everything else wascold for my friends by the time everything was sorted. Hope for an easier transaction in the future. Read more
I won't typically post a poor review. This experience I believe is warranted. Placed an order and found out the card reader... wasn't working. No biggie as I had cash. Asked for a fountain drink with my meal. Was warned that the machine might be broken.Was just going to get water so I thought no biggie. It was a biggie as the water had black floaties in the water. Poured thewater out and threw out the cup. The gal handing us our food gave me an ice tea that left me not wanting to drink it. My wifesuggested that it was standing for some time and likely had gone bad. On the plus side, my burger and curly fries were tasty. Read more
I had to visit the ladies room while I was traveling to visit my grandson and stopped at this Jack in the Box in Gilroy. In... order to use the ladies room, you had to buy something and ask for the key. I was amazed at how clean the ladies room was andthe food I ordered was excellent. Probably the worst fast food I've ever had. I got the munchies box deal with the nacho chicken sandwich. The fries were cold and... you could see behind the counter that they had a huge pile of fries premade just getting old and nasty. The tacos were cold andhas clearly been made ahead of time and left to sit. The top portion of the taco shell was hard and the bottom was greasy andchewy. It is clear that no one working there cares about the customers or even providing the bare minimum of decent food. Read more
