Two stars is a gift. This restaurant is barely a two-star experience. They just couldn't get anything right. The restaurant was... only about one quarter full. All of the food came out cold. It was obvious the food had been sitting on the counter back in thekitchen for some time. On top of that, each dish came out one at a time separated by as many as 10 minutes. The kids meal forthe 8-year-old came out first. So she was finished by the time even the next meal hit the table. Then it was one meal at a timeover the course of the next 20 minutes. And all were cold. I asked for an order of fries to replace all of the cold mushyfries. The server showed up seconds later with an order of warm fries, but they charged me for that order. As I said at thebeginning, two stars is a gift. The dining experience was one star. Being able to get together with family for the first time ina while earned them a second star. Read more

We have been to this location a few times and service is always slow, but not as bad as it was last night. We waited 30 minutes... for fried pickles and pretzel bites. Finally were able to get our order in: wings(traditional and boneless) and fries. When ourwaitress took our order she said she was going on a 30 minute break and that the other waitress would be helping us (didn?tspecify who). Well after waiting another 30-45 minutes for wings (mind you there were only 5 other tables in the restaurant and2 people at the bar), I had to flag someone down to check on our order. Not surprised, our food came out RIGHT after and wecould clearly tell it had been ready for awhile? sauce soaked into breading on wings, stale fries. Not to mention, we weremissing half our wing order which took another 10-15 minutes to get. When we got our food, we had asked for another round ofbeers. I could see the bartender just standing around for about 15-20 minutes?I had to flag someone down yet again to check onthe beers and I ended up just canceling mine because it was taking way too long. The entire meal, I watched the staff. At onepoint, there were four of them huddled in a corner just chatting. At another point, zero wait staff were seen in therestaurant?eventually 6+ waitresses ALL walked out from the back together and, again, just stood in the corner and chatted. Ourwaitress finally came back from her break and didn?t even check on us ONCE. I ended up going up to the bar and asking for ourcheck and, when asking for a paper check (because we had to split it and didn?t want to wait another hour to have them splitit), I was greeted with hostility. Was told since I didn?t want a paper check I had to go to their pickup order section with amanager. I ended up telling her how terrible our experience was. Worse customer services waiter asked us if we wanted something to drink. We order beers. 15 minutes later they showed up with... our beers I was like wow. All these employees just talk to each other laughing and having a good time not even attending toother customers. Then we order our food and another 30 minutes later shows up and chicken wings were dry and hard french frieswere stale. Never coming back. Read more

Service was slow, food was cold and skimpy. Came here for a Father's Day lunch. The restraunt wasn't crowded. Once we ordered... our food. It took us 30 minutes to get our final meal for the table. The meals came out 10 min apart from each other. We ranout of water twice. I think there are shortcomings in the serving staff and kitchen but management ties those together sothat's a factor. I'm sure the manager or someone will ask me to fill out a survey about my visit. Not happening. My feedback isright here. Take the constructive feedback and get better. Read more

Came here Saturday night with some family and it was really busy. Our waiter was amazing at helping us. The food was really... good. Only thing is we were told to use our phone?s to look at the menu when we would of rather used to regular menus and notour phones. Also you can pay your bill through your phone. Read more

Came in on a Friday night around 630 and there was no wait! We were originally being sat at a table top but we requested a... booth because of our small children and the host was really understanding and accommodating even tho I know that getsannoying. Our server was super friendly and prompt. The food took quite a while to come out, but we weren?t in a rush sothat?s okay. Everything was made exactly how we ordered.
