I walked in around 9:40 a.m. and was the only person at the counter. 6 people behind the counter. It took 30 minutes to get my... order. One was looking for her necklace, one went to do an interview, and the one who took my order decided she would maketacos for the lunch rush. When I mentioned how long I had been waiting, I was told that several were training and reallycouldn't do anything. How hard is it to put a sandwich in a bag and hand it across a counter? Just got two grilled sandwiches so tough can?t eat them. That?s a waste of money I don?t have that kind of money to throw away.... I won?t be back. I use to go all the time loved them use to work at one. But now the manager up there gets mad if you tell themsomething is not made right and is rude.I see everyone is having same problem. Took about 30 mins to get our food, we were just honestly excited to FINALLY see them allowing dine in at this location. It's... really hard to eat certain foods in the vehicle while driving, and the drive thru line here takes FOREVER! Food came out hot andfresh, and correct. Terrible service....had one job ... make a jumbo jack with mustard instead of mayonnaise....couldn't even do that.... then... called up there to let them know it was wrong and id like to come back to correct it..wouldn't answer the phone then took thephone off the hook .. just terrible customer service all around.i just threw the burger away ...waste of money....0 stars...
