There were olives mixed in the sausage on my pizza(I ordered a sausage Alfredo pan pizza). They told there was no way I could... prove my pizza had olives unless I spent more gas money to drive back to their store. Worst experience I've had at any Domino's.Update: seems like everytime I give this store a shot they mess up the pizza. Unpleasant and unprofessional management(orwhoever was on the phone as they did not mention their name). Wouldn't even try to give me an email so I could show them theolives on my pizza. Read more
It seems like everytime I'm craving pizza (I have to get it from here as I have a gluten allergy and they are the only pizza... place with GF options available) domino's isn't able to deliver. Could be midday, could be night, doesn't matter, they won't beable to deliver. It is so frustrating to be stuck at work unable to leave, go through the entire order process on the app, onlyto be told on the last page that delivery isn't an option. This domino's is going downhill. Their pizza crust tastes old like it's been sitting out for a while before they make the pizza.... There was only just a few pieces of pineapple on our pizza, there was maybe 1 pineapple to each slice. The consistency of thecrust was not even at all. Read more
Im going to update my review.. I recently accumulated enough points to redeem my free pizza. I did that tonight 2/26/2022 @ 8pm.... The pizza i received was dry , and only had toppings on one side of the pizza. After the previous review the main managerreached out and haven't had any problems since tonight.. the crew working Tonight was a Total Fail.. when I hear from themanager again I will make sure he corrects his incompetent staff... Never in my 59 years of life have I had to deal with such an unprofessional Manager of any restaurant or food outlet of any... kind. We ordered two pizzas. I ordered extra mushrooms on mine and paid for it. Wife picked up the pizzas and brought them home.Mine didn't have extra mushrooms on it that I paid for. As you can see in the photo there wasn't even a regular amount ofmushrooms on it. If you look close you might be able to find maybe 4-5 little pieces of mushrooms. So I called the store to letthem know. A very professional young lady answered the phone and said let me get you the manager. Manager got on the phone and Itried to explain what was going on. Basically I paid for extra mushrooms and didn't get them. As a matter of fact there wasn'teven the regular amount of mushrooms on it. She sounded annoyed and said: sir, pizzas are sold by weight. I said ok but I paidfor extra mushrooms and didn't get them. She said we can make you another pizza or give you a credit for one. I told her thatwould be fine as I wasn't planning on going back too town. I said a credit just for the extra mushrooms would be fine. Phonewent dead. Yup, evidently she was done talking to me before we finished our conversation. So I grabbed the pizza and went backtoo town to drop it off. Got to the window and asked to speak to the manger. Manager came up and I introduced myself as thecustomer you just hung up on. She yelled back "I DIDNT HANG UP ON YOU," I said yes you most certainly did and here is your pizzaback you can do whatever you want with it. At that point she yelled and I quote 'SCREW YOU" then slammed the window shut in myface. Yes I had a couple choice words for her as she went storming off. Guess what Manager: You lost a customer for life at yourstore, at least until you are replaced. You shouldn't be working in any job where you have to deal with customers as you reallysuck at it. Usual Domino's Pizza quality, but more impressive because this restaurant location only staffed one employee this afternoon. Two... pizzas, dessert, and two salads in under 30 minutes despite one man doing all the work. Dining room appeared closed, but it'sthere and not roped closed, so that may be an option. Read more
