Food was good, service was slow. They were way understaffed. The ones they had did well.
My husband had to take his breakfast sandwich back. Why would someone serve people food they wouldn't even eat. It was burnt... and hard as a brick. Did you think that was funny? You cost us precious time by having to return and give back that sandwich. Plus the bread was molded. What is wrong with people? They better be happy they don't work for me. Myself and a small group stopped in for dinner where there was one person at the counter ahead of us. They got their stuff and... left. We then stood there for around 10 minutes and only got side-glances. Now it did seem they were having technicaldifficulties as the menu was blank and drink machine was off, but a simple update would've been nice. They were still servingdrive-thru customers fine, so why ignore us? We decided to leave and upon leaving one of the people I was with mentionedsomething about poor service and got the middle finger as a response. I worked fast food in the past and I know it can betiring, but that is unprofessional and would've never been tolerated. As a side-note, McDonald's across the street were verynice and handled everything great. Read more
The employees here are great, very good attitude. The store has been clean everytime we have gone. The restrooms are clean The... reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because of equipment. The soda fountain in the lobby doesn't work, the menu screens regularlydon't work. Read more
I'm giving them a 4 star but, this is generous. They were very short staffed and much of their equipment is broken. Now, the... three people who were working were busting their hind end to get things done and were very apologetic about the situation. Read more
If you're looking for a decent Burger King location to visit, this one isn't it unless you like cold food and completely... incorrect orders. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to McDonald's. Read more
