I had to work remotely that day. I know it kinda rude to sit at coffee shop for hours. I did multiple purchases during my visit.... What rude was one of the female staff members asked me to leave within 7 mins because of short staff and they?re closing thelobby. Drive thru is open. I don?t understand why when they had 5 people working and telling me that I have only 7 mins toleave the store. Glad I left and not coming back to support this business. I love our local Starbucks! They have some of the best customer service. One thing i absolutely love is that they offer the... pickup option it saves me a lot of time!! I also love that majority of the staff now knows who i am and i always get addressedby my name! It gives such a personal touch to my experience! I ordered 3 items thru the drive thru and when I got home everything was wrong. My vanilla/white mocha Frappuccino was made with... vanilla and caramel. I also ordered 2 ham and Swiss croissants. 1 had a hole in the bottom of the bag so it fell out onto theground but I thought "oh well I have another" once I get inside I found out the 2nd croissant was not a croissant at all but aham and cheese chibata sandwich thing... very disappointing... so I called the store which did not answer, of course they werebusy when I was there, so I decided to wait a while and call back. Still no answer 2 hours later so I decided to write thisreview instead of waisting my time any further. Very disappointed in this store and will not be returning. Read more
