The best buffet I've been to in town. Large variety of pizza, a salad bar, fried chicken and potatoes etc. Multiple desert... pizzas and cookies. A soft serve machine that definitely has either real ice cream or real frozen yogurt. Either way it's notthat horrible stuff they have at Dickeys. Multiple hot sauces, including Frank's red hot. Soft drinks, coffee, etc. And anarcade in the back. A crane game full of rubber duckys. How do they have everything I like? Was this place my idea? Read more
My husband and I took a friend to eat here. The food was not fit for a dog to eat. The chicken was way over done and to tough to... eat and cold. The pizza was not much better. There was very little salad in the containers. It seemed the like the help had noidea what they were doing. We will not go back or suggest this place to anyone to go eat here. The pizza was excellent! There was a good variety of pizza, dessert and items on the salad bar. Speaking of the salad bar, there... were many choices of things but they are a genius! Horrible! Buffet style. 8 pizzas to choose from and not a cheese or pepperoni was one of the portions. Fried chicken on the... other buffet and they served RAW chicken. First piece was very bloody, so I took it back and they acted like no big deal. I gotan apology so I was okay. Second piece, bloody, this time my daughter took it back and they claimed that it had a big vein.So we explained that this is the second piece like this and even dissected it to show the blood throughout the entire chicken,btw, it was a thigh and then a leg. The manager took it and didn't say anything. A few minutes later, she brings a plate ofchicken to our table and the chicken was cooked perfect. Not burnt and not bloody. Manager apologized but at this time, I'm notwanting anymore chicken. Manager never offered anything else to compensate for the ordeal that took place. Because along withthe chicken ordeal, we were the talk of the restaurant amongst the employees and we could clearly hear them. My daughter madea comment to a few of them. This place is for sure a place we won't return to. Update: A manager responded with her not havingknowledge....of course. So for your knowledge, my daughter did ask if a cheese pizza was going to be made and the counter girlsaid that one would be put out shortly, it took more then 25 mins to put one out so we made the kids choose other foods. Thechicken "ordeal", you acted like it was no big deal the first time and I did the same but the second time, you, the manager, hadan attitude because here we are again with uncooked chicken and you, the manager, blamed it on the "vein" in the chicken, but itwas a leg that was uncooked. You tried to cover up your cooks wrong doing of not cooking the chicken long enough and my daughterwasn't buying it so she had an attitude back with you. Food is quick and fresh while it's busy. Games go offline frequently and seem to have issues taking credits off the cards. While... on our visit to the arcade multiple games offline and management didn't refund tickets kids thought they lost after 1/2 hourwaiting. Not a big deal but something the kids will remember. I'll remember it because I had to wait the 1/2 hour. Read more
The Pizza Ranch in Gillette, WY is PHENOMENAL! The food is ALWAYS good. They have a great salad bar that rivals any other I've... been to. The pizza options are great, their thin crust is so good, just the way thin crust should be. And the chicken, stuffingand potato bar beats all. The chicken is cooked perfectly! Their spaghetti sauce is nice snd thick. You can't beat what you gethere for the priceuyou pay. Oh, last but not least and MOST important, the staff is FANTASTIC! Great service and food was good. Clean restaurant and tables. Only weird thing is that they didn?t have small bowls for some of... the buffet options but between the little sauce cups and plates we survived. They had enough choices that everyone was happy.(Two adults, 4 year old and one year old).
