Not really impressed with having to pay a bunch to cook my own my own food.
Store hours state the restaurant closes at 9pm. Called to place an order shortly after 8pm the employee answered phone and... claimed the store was already closed. This is the second time we have tried to order from this location. We won't be back. Read more
I called this afternoon for a to-go order, gave th lady the order, my cellphone number, and was I was told by the lady it would... be 25 minutes. I went to pick up the order later, and was then told there was no pizzas ready and no order was placed, and hadno recollection of my call. I showed her the number I called, and told I spoke to someone there. She said this is our number,but no order. I do not recommend this place. Poor customer service. Read more
The only place I order hot pizza from in Casper. Not always consistent but worth it.
I have been going to this location a long time. I ordered food for me and my kids for a visit two hours in advance and it was... still 40 mins late. I tried to call about it but the manager offered no solution. They did not give me the papajohns rewards forthe large order and when I went to try and talk to "live" chat it was just automated. I can't even file a complaint because thelabel doesnt have the order number printed on it. Read more
Meh... the store is fine, just papa johns in general is not my favorite, only order papa johns because my wife prefers it. The... last time we ordered, we had an issue so they said they would add a ?quality guarantee? to my account. So that means next time Iorder, my pizza would be free. Did an online order for delivery as we are just spending the night here in Gillette. Food was hot and order was perfect. We... could track online. Delivery was quick and the delivery driver was polite. Even the paper plates were warm by the way they werepacked. Highly recommend this Papa Johns. Great job everyone Read more
