When I walked in, I was not acknowledged at all, even though workers looked at me. I finally figured out on my own to place an... order on the kiosk. Then, I waited 10 minutes for my order of a 2 burrito meal. I was handed my bag and my drinks. Nothing wasever said to me other than "do you want cream and sugar for your coffee"? Very nice people here. The lady in the lobby was extremely nice! Talking with others and their children, one couple was... traveling and was letting them know nice places they could take the children on their way. She offered me a refill before Ileft. All around this McDonald's is bad. The dining room isn't open, a real bummer if you're on the road and you're one stop for food... doesn't have a bathroom available. The drive through line was 8 cars deep on both sides and took at least 20 minutes to get fromthe back to the the place where you order. Luckily people were abandoning their place in line or it would have taken longer.When ordering the amount on the screen was different than what I was asked to pay as well. When I got my food I was given thewrong food twice then told "No, this is your order". The food was cold, not even luke warm just plain cold. The only redeemingthing about this place was the 2 young boys I encountered at the window. They were both extremely friendly and polite. Read more
Not the corporate experience I expect from McDonald's. I placed a grill order, what I got was a shortcut. The "add" that I... asked for was placed on the bottom bun. On a second order, the chicken sandwich was dried out, with the texture of cardboard. Service was poor. Both orders were to-go, and when asked for ketchup, we were told it's over there. What was "over there" wasa dispenser and paper cups, not quite to-go style. I asked an employee for some ketchup and was sent back to where I picked upmy order. Yeah, no ketchup packets there for the taking. I stood there waiting for someone to show up. When another employeefinally walked over, her response was I'll be with you in a minute, and she walked out with a curbside order. The worstcustomer service ever. And no apple pies. Quick service, friendly staff, food was as it was suppose to be. At least the women's bathroom was pretty clean.
