Won't accept the McDonald's app deals. Second time I have been here when the only accept cash! Spent 45 minutes in the... drive-through for cold food food. I work nights and this is the only thing open for a hot meal if I don't want to go home tocook. That's staff is rude. This might possibly be the worst McDonald's location in America. Read more
I do understand why there may be rules to a drive through, but at 12:30 in the middle of the night, there is absolutely no... reason to deny service to a gentleman who is clearly struggling with his life, just looking to get food. I?m absolutely appalledby the way he was treated when he approached the workers with nothing but kindness after waiting in the line for 30 minutes likethe rest of us. He had money, they wouldn?t serve him because of his lack of vehicle. Humanity truly needs to step up, and thecrew tonight truly failed a man who just needed sympathy. Read more
I like McDonald's, hence the second star. Check your bag before you leave, and keep your receipt until you have your food. This... location seems to rely on people being in a rush. You'll get an incomplete order, or somebody else's order, at least half thetime you visit. As with any corporation (in my opinion), they fail abysmally at meeting their own standards. Expect to be in thedrive-thru for half an hour, at least. Freshness is hit and miss. This isn't exclusive to this location, but don't expect freshmeat. They try to prevent waste by not throwing the meat out when they're supposed to. Read more
Honestly I have to say that was the worse experience I?ve ever had at Gillette McDonald?s. And we understand places are short... staffed but when the staff tells us that it will be a moment and we understand that doesn?t mean exactly a minute but our totalwait time was 45 and 15 of that was at mic to order. And we were told to stop honking which were the cars behind us and weretold to stop talking when we just asking a question if they knew how much longer it may be. Read more
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Drive through wait is consistently 30 to 45 minutes. Employees and managers don't care about... the long waits and refuse to correct the issue. Don't eat here. Read more

Food is usually fresh. Customer service is good! I love using the app, always has great deals and free food after each purchase.
