I want to give a huge rave to Kathi Palato at this store. I like to fuel here cuz it's always the cheapest in town. I am... disabled, I had a stroke about a year and a half ago, had paralysis on the left side but am walking and am able to do everythingmyself Well the snow was really packed and uneven and it was slick where I needed to stand to fuel my truck. The packed/unevensnow and slick messes with my footing, winter isn't treating me very well, I've had 4 falls just this week. So I went in andpaid for my gas, Kathi was my cashier I asked her if there was any way they could send someone out to help me fill my truck up Kathi immediately threw her coat on and said with a smile, 'yes! Absolutely! Let's go get it done.' She didn't complain aboutthe cold weather She didn't complain about helping me. She was more than willing to help me and she said to never hesitate toask for help whether she's there or not, someone will always be available to help Her help was more than appreciated and ittells me that there are good people out there. Excellent customer service like what I got from Kathi is extremely hard to comeby these days so she definitely left a mark on my heart I thanked her a thousand times and even hugged her. And I left theparking lot in tears because the little things like that gives me hope for mankind. Thank you, Kathi. So much. Read more

Recently I stopped to fuel up & only had my debit card (I travel back and forth often & my card was compromised and locked) The... card would not work to pay my gas.I was panicked!!!! I needed to get on the road so I ran inside the store to try to explain thesituation. Kathi paid for my fuel with out hesitation. Her one & only request was for me to pay the kindness forward.
