Last week I ordered four to five of their deluxe chicken sandwiches which are absolutely incredible quite delicious... I think... there some of the best on the market. Fast forward a week later this Friday I ordered one and ????WTF ????it went up 37 cents in"barely one week"that's ridiculous....... if this is KFC's way of adding value, For their loyal customers..... and expectingthem to KEEP coming back???????????? well I guess they'll learn the hard way???? .....????I will not be fleeced/ripped off. Not a fan, last time we ordered the biscuits were hard as a rock more breading than chicken.
Food was good. Customer service needs work. But name a place where that isn't true.
This place is so unorganized the employee that helped us was a jackass he added more meals then what was ordered it was like he... could not understand the pictures that are on the register ended up charging my daughter for three meals that she didn't evenorder. If this dude represents the future of our youth we are in serious trouble. If you can't even understand how to pushpictures the future is very dim for America. I wish I could say that he didn't understand English but he did he just couldn'tunderstand pictures I don't think we could dumb down the process anymore Read more
