Our party was greeted and sat promptly. Nice atmosphere and music wasn’t too loud. Chips, Salsa, and beans were brought out... almost immediately and then our server came up and took our order a very short time later. We got our drinks in a timely mannerall were good. I was disappointed the chips are not handmade or at least more authentic, they were more like chips you buy in abag at a grocery store, taste was fine though. The menu had a lot of options. Food was served quickly. Steak quesadilla wasgood. Chimichanga taste was good but it had a lot of extra fried empty tortilla, The enchilada sauce was horrible, the taco wasa hard shell like you would get at a grocery store and it smelled like plastic or something, the tostada was pretty good, therice and beans were good. Server was very nice, accurate, and prompt. Overall I probably won’t go back, unless I’m goingwith a group of people that want to go. If I do I’ll probably order a quesadilla. Read more

Enjoyed the twist on spicy camarones nayarit (with oranges). Very good portion. Service was good & location very busy.

9-23-2022 Well I found time to swing by again and found that their service was amazing. Food was hot and all other issues below... were remediated. Back to one of my favorite restaurants in town. Under any other circumstances I would give fiesta tequila 5stars. They have quick staff and good food. On my most recent trip there though we waited 40+ minutes for our food. 2 entriesone a large combination the other fajitas. By the time we got them they were warm at best. It appeared like they had forgottenabout us. The restaurants was not busy at the time. The food tasted good if not a little cold. We waited another half an hourfor the server to even come and ask us is we wanted the check. In total we spent 1 hour and 40 minutes there with over an hourof waiting on a calm night. I usually only review places I really enjoy to which fiesta tequila is one of them. I have never hadsuch poor service there. The next time I go I hope they have correct these issues. In the event that they do I will correct thisreview to reflect the usual service. Don't take this as an immediate dismissal of the restaurant as it is usually one of myfavorite Mexican restaurants in town. Love this place. Passing through and my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. All the food was very flavorful.

The server was very nice but I could not tip him as we were already paying $75 for food that was completely inedible. We... literally did not eat more than 4 bites of two meals because it was so overcooked and unbearably spicy (neither dish wassupposed to be at all spicy). The horchata was good. Read more

Good ol fiesta tequila. I lived in Gillette my whole life and moved to Arkansas recently. At every Mexican restaurant I visit, I... always order the camarones a la Diabla. Nothing has ever compared to the recipe they use at fiesta tequila! Chutas needs to comedown here and open up a spot so I can get a taste of my favorite meal! His, unlike any I’ve found, comes with tortillas, rice,beans, big ol shrimp in a SPICY red sauce (as it should be!), green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and slaw. I’m so hungrythinking about it. Going to need some delivered in the mail or something ???? Aside from the best camarones a la diabla ever,chutas makes sure to connect with all of his guests, remembers you and your loved ones, and makes sure you have the bestexperience with the rest of his staff. Service was really good, the food was outstanding.???? wished I were staying in the gillette longer. There is several different... menu items that I would try , because they looked wonderful what they served to other customers. The restaurant is nice and thestaff keep it clean. Guys, thumbs up!!
