It's Buffalo Wild Wings, you're getting mediocre chicken for a price that is no longer cheap. I'm pretty sure you used to get... more fried pickles when you ordered them, but inflation must be taking a toll. (Picture had one missing) The chicken sandwichwas dry and barely had enough sauce to salvage it. The people that work here are what made this an enjoyable experience. Cheapdomestic beer too. Staff was very nice. Wish they had more dry rub spices for the wings. I feel bad because the place is under-staffed.
Worst experience I?ve ever had at a restaurant. Some friends and I have been going to bdubs frequently over the last year during... football. Haven?t had any problems with our usual server Greg (10/10 he?s definitely the best server out there and that goes forevery restaurant I?ve been to) however this Sunday we didn?t have him. Instead we had some lady who only came to our table afterseeing someone else join us. It took anywhere between 10 and 45 min to get a soda. This service is making all 8 of us questionif listening to the game is worth having the chance of having this bundle of joy serve us again. At least the servers are niceat old Chicago. Read more

We went for father's day and the service was horrible. We had to wait for 15 minutes for drinks. They also had the air... conditioning so cold we had a hard time trying to enjoy our meal. Service is slow often, I have waited over 45 minutes for a beer at a time where there were only 10 people in the restaurant, i... was told side work was keeping our server to busy. My most recent visit was much better my waiter was on the move, stopped by tocheck on us frequently, I would choose him over other staff i have had before. The food at times lacks consistency, most of thetime fries are under cooked. It's very typical as far as the restaurant chain, slightly loud, they have sports on. Read more
