The waiter was amazing!! But the food, not so much. We asked for our steak to be medium rare. I guess we should have said raw... because they were super well done. Like over done. Almost black and completely dried and over cooked inside. Very disappointingwhen they charge over $30 now for the meal for 2. As for everything else, it was good. Was in town for the night and came here for dinner. Came in and sat at the bar. Took forever to get a drink. Bartender was more... concerned with socializing with her friends over doing her job. The bar was disgusting and not clean. Dirty glasses everywhere.And the only customers that were serviced was her friends. Food was pretty decent though. Read more
Rather disappointing this time around: shrimp not delivered with steak meal (They hadn?t even grilled them yet!); garlicky green... beans Way TOO garlicky! First our carside to go order was given to someone else. No big deal stuff happens, they remade our order but forgot half of it.... When back inside to get the missing steak order and after waiting up front for 20 minutes not seeing any staff I finally wentinto the kitchen to find someone who worked there. I was handed another bag this time still missing our two sides. I Found our"medium" steak cooked to shoe leather quality and about half the size of what we ordered. Then I got our sides finally. Thethree or four people we spoke to working on the delivery side were all very apologetic and courteous however the manager wasvery rude to my wife and had an attitude I can best describe as annoyed and impatient with having to deal with customers ingeneral. All because his staff made mistakes. Which again the staff were all courteous and professional. Manager was rude andseemed like he would rather be doing anything than fix the mistake. Usually we dine in here and have a better experience. Wewere not impressed at all. I didn't bother trying to get our food made correctly the fourth time. Read more
Wonderful salad bar with lots of selections. Friendly staff, clean establishment, bright dining area (not dim lighting), quick... service and not overly crowded on Sunday night. Read more
Been a while since I walked in Applebee's, just traveling through Gillette Wy and thought let's give it try. All warm smiles... from the moment walking in or while sitting at the table.. the food was fast while most part of the food was hot. The topping ofthe dinner was the Carmel apple blond brownie. I got the feeling we were an inconvenience to the waitress. She didn't come to ask our order until another waitress yelled at... her. Then the order was wrong. I had to take my plate to the kitchen to get fixed right. And to top it off, she brings usthe bill before half the meal was finished and expected us to pay and leave. Worst waitress I have encountered in Gillette, and that says a lot. Read more
