Great locally sourced food prepared by a passionate chef. Chef will is amazing. This location is great for me as I can stop by... to pick up a quick and easy lunch, a MUCH better alternative to fast food. The food is healthy, light, organic, and he even haskids snacks and treats on the menu, When I?m having a hectic week I can also place an order for a full weeks worth of food andChef Will does all of the meal prep for me. Even if I can?t pick it up, they also offer delivery. Much better than those largemeal prep delivery companies, where you have no idea where the stuff is coming from, and it?s delivered by fedex. I cannot say enough good things about Artisanal Taste Meals!!! I have been ordering weekly meals regularly now for over a year... and I do not plan on stopping anytime soon.????. First of all, the food is absolutely delicious!!! Chef Will is extremelycreative and designs unique meals each week that feel homemade and also a bit extravagant. My 7 year old son even remarked oncewith excitement, after I served him Swedish meatballs from Artisanal Taste Meals, that ?This tastes like restaurant food!? Ifyou have ever tried to regularly feed a 7 year old, you understand that this is a very high compliment. However, what firstinterested me in trying out Artisanal Taste Meals was the emphasis on nutrition. I appreciated that many of the items on themenu listed the macro nutrients and that the meals were made with fresh, organic ingredients. Because I was able to see thisinformation, I was more willing to eat items off the menu that before I might have thought ?too unhealthy to eat? or theopposite ?doubtful this ?healthy meal? could taste good and still be satisfying?. After a year of almost exclusively eating mymain weekday meals from Artisanal Taste Meals, I can now say that I eat a much fuller and diverse diet than I previously did andat the same time my overall health has never been better! In fact, I recently had a physical and my total cholesterol was just?BELOW? normal! I would also like to mention that the portion sizes are quite substantial. They leave you feeling full andsatisfied. In addition, I also really love the bake shop! Try the macaroon cookies or the peanut butter pie! Yum!!! Everyonestill needs a little sweet treat and I find the desserts not to be overly sugar filled. In fact, since eating mostly off theArtisanal Taste Menu, I have noticed that my cravings for sugar have significantly decreased and my overall sugar consumption isless each week. After having a baby, working full time, and trying to keep our house in order, it became really hard to think about meals and... grocery shopping. Most of the time food would go to waste or we?d wind up eating processed food and feeling like completegarbage. We tried all the meal delivery services out there and wound up either still being hungry or hating how the ingredientswere really cheap tasting. My husband met Chef Will and told me about their discussion around food and health. We thought, heylet?s support local and try it out. Well..we?re hooked! Everything tastes really fresh, perfectly seasoned, and best of all-real quality proteins and veggies. The 5 spice salmon, pot roast, rosemary chicken...they?re all amazing. The weekly specialsare great too! As a family, we feel a lot better about what we?re eating at home now.
