A local version of Panera Bread. Soup, salad and finger food (burgers, grilled cheese etc). They have good soups - different... every day! The portion sizes are good and filling. A good spot for lunch but it gets really busy between 12 and 1 pm and theline goes out the door. Service could be a little faster, a few people were still waiting for their food while the rest werealready done with lunch (and we all came together). Good place for work lunch! Read more

I don?t ever leave bad reviews but at this point it?s frustrating. I order at this location multiple times a week and go in from... time to time. My frustration is when I order through a delivery app. The portion size the give you is half of actually going inbut more importantly they give you 1/4 the dressing to put on your salad. The past 10 orders of the same salad I get has beengiven to me with barely any dressing. The salad is almost completely dry. Very similar to Panera but with a brighter environment and the music is faster and louder. Still very chill, but more upbeat, I... would say. $47 for three of us to have lunch: one ordered a potato soup in a bread bowl, one ordered a triple club sandwich, andone had the ?you pick two? with half of a tuna sandwich and half of a kale Cesar salad, plus 3 drinks and tip. LAUREN LAUREN LAUREN!! Today I placed a gluten-free to-go order over the phone (with an employee who was not Lauren). Upon... arriving to this location I noticed the restaurant was busy and I proceeded to wait at the counter to pay for my order. I paidfor my food with one of the locations new employees and quickly realized the amount didn?t add up to what I ordered. Theemployee grabbed the manager onsite, Lauren, to resolve the issue at the register. Lauren proceeded to kindly help me as anotheremployee approached her to let her know she was being requested by an someone else in the restaurant. She addressed the commentwith a quick response and continued to keep her attention on me and my issue! (Impressed) Upon arriving home, I realized thatthe salad I ordered came with bread placed on top and couscous (not gluten free). I called back the location to confirm if thecouscous indeed contained gluten and noted bread was placed on top. Before I even asked about a resolution, Lauren immediatelyapologized and stated she remembered me. She then stated how she would resolve my new issue (which I was COMPLETELY satisfiedby!) and gave me a brief genuine response as to how this issue may have occurred. I was so impressed with Lauren?s appropriateand HONEST approach to handling my issue. I have seen Lauren at this location before. She is a jack of all trades, and a MASTERin customer service. She was clearly leading her team today and she did it with professionalism that exceeded my expectationsfor even the ?best? of managers. Wildflower, you are lucky to have her! THANK YOU MS.
