The food here is amazing! The avocado bacon burger was delicious. I?ll definitely be ordering it again! The customer service was... awesome too! The manager and front staff were professional and genuinely kind. We appreciated their attention to detail anddesire to engage in conversation with us to tell us about upcoming menu items!! You could tell the employees loved workingthere. My wife and I enjoyed our visit very much, and truly appreciated Michael, the manager?s generosity is giving us a fewtreats to enjoy while waiting for our order, which came out hot and fresh! Third time I have been since they opened. First time was for breakfast the week they opened. The honey chicken biscuit was... horrible. Biscuit was rock hard as was the silver dollar sized chicken. Second time for lunch. Was awesome as would be expectedof Whataburger. Third time for lunch again. Ordered online and showed up when they said it would be ready. Still waited 10 moreminutes. My "meal" was missing the fries and the burger was missing the cheese. Read more
This food was gross! My family would not eat the food and all was throw out! What a waste! The buns were soaked in something... which made them soggy! The meat was so thin that McDonald?s beat them in quality! (Sad) The fries were cold. The person takingthe order would repeat the order differently than what we requested multiple times. Customer service excellent!! Will give them 5 star. But, After long wait we finally got our food, drove to the parking lot to... check our order, sure enough one burger is missing. So i went inside and told them about the missing order, they quickly madethe burger. Got home, about to eat and all the burger buns are cold, the fries not fully cooked. Will never come back again!! Beautiful design scheme and interior color pallet! Inoticed that they have a ton of staff working. We spoke to a manger, he was very informative, knowledgeable, made some goodrecommendations, and provided overall Amazing Customer Service. Now onto the food ???? we ordered the double burger, pattymelt, fries, and drinks. The double Burger ???? honestly for us lacks the flavor we expect from a burger. It was on the dryside, but it was BIG ???? and expensive! The patty melt surprisingly was delicious ????. Great ratio of cheese to meat. It wasalso expensive! The fries ???? are thin and average at best. We ordered the XL drink ????, Holy Cow ???? it?s so big that youcan swim in it! Great burgers (as usual) but they can be slow at times to get you your food compared to some of their other locations. This... location has only been open a few months so perhaps they are experiencing growing pains that come along with that. The seatingarea is nice/spacious inside. Read more
