After years of visiting this location I just can?t anymore. I?ve had repeated rude/bad service, wrong orders, closing early... random hours, short staffed always, and for the last 6 months it is like 15-20 minute wait any time or day of the week. Thislast visit took forever as usual and I got the wrong drink and they gave me spicy nuggets instead of regular. Burned my mouththe rest of the night as I can?t handle any spicy and that was most of my order. I did not get to eat my food except for fries.The week before that they didn?t have regular nuggets at all Once months ago a pregnant Caucasian employee screamed at me andcaused a scene about an incorrect order I was addressing. Took months for me to want to go back and it has been awful still.Needless to say waiting for full service restaurant like timeframes for incorrect orders and rude service has triggered me forthe last time. I?m happy to drive further to the Wendy?s on McQueen where there is never a wait or an incorrect order. Read more
This is the worst Wendy's to go to. I ordered the spicy honey chicken sandwich and it tasted like the patty had been sitting for... a while it was HARD around the edges and dry. I got my grandson the 4 for 4 Jr. Bacon cheeseburger but it was not. He wanted meto go back to get that Jr. Cheeseburger. I WONT BE GOING AGAIN. Worse Wendy?s I have ever been to. First an employee was walking around asking if you enjoyed your food. No one had their?s ... yet! I told her to let me get my food before I commit. When I did finally get my food it was COLD. Next the drink machine wasout of almost every drink. The other machine had a sign saying out of order. Never going back there again! Read more
I've been to this location numerous times, but can only count my good experiences on one hand. Most of the time my order is... undercooked or room temperature, while the soda machines are dispensing carbonated water with ZERO syrup. I live in hope thatsomething will change for this location since it's the only close Wendy's. Read more
Their mobile orders are not taken seriously. I put my order through the app and about 3 cars were served before me in the drive... through. I had put my order before them. Fries were almost cold and very soggy. Ordered a Dave?s single combo it came with a sad small piece of wilted lettuce and... missing the tomato (reason I ordered this burger). I also ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo which came out ok. I wasmissing an item and had to go back. When I came back through the drive through the staff advised system rebooted and it would beat least 20 minutes before it would be back up. Maybe that was in fact what happened but I?ve been to this location too manytimes to know the employees would rather not provide service and close down during their business hours that they have posted.Not sure that I?ll come to this location again. I have come to this location more than a few times and it?s either food is oldand cold (not worth the cost by the way) or they?re randomly closed when they should be open per the hours listed.
