This location has made me swear off all things wendy's. Takes 30+ mins to order and get your food, the food's always cold and... wrong. I'm done wasting $30+ on cold food I didn't order. The garbage mcdonalds pumps out is better than wendys, I can't waitfor this location to get bulldozed like the Sonic across the street. The owner's either oblivious to the trash factory thisbusiness has become or they're just using this place to launder money, so quality isn't really a concern for them. Any reviewover 2 stars is either a bot or written by someone who's likely so heavily medicated they give 5 star reviews for everything. Read more

They are EXTREMELY SLOW. They walk around in circles like they are lost. A crowd develops waiting for food. Went down hill... recently. Used be be a good Wendy?s for a long time. Food is fine. Read more

Something definitely changed at this location at Warner & Cooper. Been going there for the last 3 years, food was always good... and fresh. But for the past 3-4 months I keep getting a wrong order, chicken nuggets are dry, fries cold and soggy. Today Iplaced an order for delivery, sure enough the complete wrong burger came, chicken instead of big bacon classic. So after paying$10 extra for delivery here I go in my car to get the order corrected. This is getting ridiculous. I understand staff shortages,but they should still be able to read and make sure to get the order right to keep their customers. I am going to start drivinga little further and check out other locations. Read more

Elizabeth taking orders tonight for the drive up window really needs an attitude adjustment and should NOT be in customer... service. Tried to tell me what I ordered was not a thing with an attitude. (Spicy chicken pub pretzel sandwich) Then she foundit on her screen and said oh nvm still didn?t apologize for the attitude or being wrong. The service was friendly. They made very nice remarks about my parrot, but the food was a disaster. I ordered a large Biggie ... Bag. I did get a delicious large natural lemonade. The chicken BLT was cold and the meat dry. The fries, normally delicious werecold and dry. To top it all off, the fries were smaller than a normal order, served in a cup the same size cup as the 4 piecechicken nuggets, which were also cold and dry. I've experienced ridiculously long drive-thru waits, but this was the first timethe food has been abominable. To be clear, this was at the location at Cooper & Warner, which is 2 minutes from my home. Thenext time I feel the need for Wendy's I will drive further to the location on AZ Avenue north of Guadalupe. Read more

This was one of the best experiences I've had at a Wendy's. The drive through experience was fast and friendly, and I was... extremely impressed with the construction of this burger when I unwrapped it. Whoever put this burger together seems to care alot about the quality of their work. They lined the patties up perfectly in an alternating manner as far as I could tell, put aproperly sized and not wilted piece of lettuce on there, and layered the toppings nicely so every bite has a little ofeverything. All of the ingredients were extremely fresh, so your crew does a great job of rotating out items in stock. The onlydownside was that I don't think I got a receipt so I could say this in a survey. Terrible attitude from drive thru staff. Short on the order and coke was flat. Called back to inform coke had no carbonation so... future guests wouldn't be disappointed and staff member on the phone said " so what do you want from me?" JBC was a joke. All inall this location was closest to my house but has now lost my business. Hope the management digs into which staff members careand which ones to move on from. Read more

The drive through line was at a standstill. I managed to back out and walk inside to order. I was beyond shocked at how slow the... employees moved. Id never seen a ?fast food? restaurant move this slow. Stood there for 15 mins waiting for a plaincheeseburger. Plain! Meaning just meat, cheese and a bun. I understand that it?s difficult right now to find people to work incertain industries. But you HAVE to properly train the people you do hire. What I witnessed last night was a result in very poortraining by management. That location needs major training and to pick up the pace. Read more
